Catalyst began with a recurring observation from luxury property: strong agents were expected to produce more, but were rarely given the strategic and operational support required to build beyond their own effort.
Founder Elmar Cilliers created Catalyst to address that gap. The aim was not to add another layer of generic coaching, but to help proven agents build the structure behind sustained performance.
